Many of you may not know that my sister Sheri passed away on July 5th, 2026 at just 62 years old.
I have not posted much since then because I've been greiving and reflecting on her life. Even while fighting cancer, she never let a moment pass her by.
She loved to sing, dance, laugh, and truly live her life.
Her life has reminded me to be thankful, embrace each moment, laugh, and dance whenever I get the chance.
Living life the the fullest starts with taking care of ourselves.
Stretching, adjustments, movement, and good nutrition can help us to feel our best so that we can enjoy the life we have been given.
