The Booze Break

✨🧡SIX YEARS AGO TODAY, I made a decision that changed the course of my life forever—even if I couldn’t see it at the time. Back then, I couldn’t picture a social life without alcohol, but I knew one thing for certain: I didn’t like who I was when I drank, and I had to stop. So I did.

Choosing sobriety is the single best decision I have ever made. Looking back, it allowed me to finally step into the person I was always meant to be.

Happy 6th sober birthday to me. If you’re out there battling your own demons today, my encouragement is simple: give it to God.

Sober bride coming through! Can’t say thank you enough to my friends at hiyo & Athletic Brewing Co for the BEST nonalcoholic options for my guests at my wedding! They were a hit and I’m so happy we got to show you can still party hard without the booze! Best night of my life!!!!! And I can’t imagine had I let alcohol control my night!!! 🤩🤩🤩

It’s been a while🧡. I have been busy living fully to the best of my ability! So many life changes have occurred: I got engaged, and we bought our first home! The wedding is just 6 weeks away!!! 🤩 One important aspect of my wedding planning has been how I will offer a variety of non alcoholic beverages at the wedding, so everybody can partake in a delicious drink! There will be lots of and and offered for my guests. I couldn’t be more excited!!!!!! Have you ever been to a sober bride’s wedding?
