The response to our announcement that Trackside Junction in City Government of Celina, Texas has been approved has exceeded our expectations.

Over the past few days, we’ve heard from an incredible number of restaurant operators, retailers, entertainment concepts, and local businesses interested in becoming part of Downtown Celina’s next chapter. It’s exciting to see so many quality businesses recognize the opportunity that exists here.

As a result, our NACK Realty leasing team will begin scheduling meetings with prospective tenants to discuss the project, understand each concept, and evaluate the best fit for the development.

While we are just beginning our tenant lineup, our goal has never been simply to lease space—we’re focused on curating a mix of businesses that will create an authentic, vibrant destination for the community and complement the vision for Downtown Celina.
