🐾🌈 The excitement continues! Our Color Fun Run Leaderboard will be LIVE during lunch every day until October 6th, so students can watch donations come in and see the leaderboard change in real time! 🎉

When a donation comes through, students will see the donor’s name and the student they are supporting pop up on the screen with confetti! If you’d like your student to see a donation come through during lunch, check the lunch schedule on the flyer. 💙💛

Every donation gets us closer to our $25,000 schoolwide goal! Keep sharing those fundraising links, Lobos! Let’s keep the donations rolling!

Five mystery squishies are hiding at Hackberry, and your student could be one of the 10 chosen to search for them! Every donation made to your student’s Color Fun Run fundraising page from today until Sunday earns them one entry on Mrs. Escamilla’s wheel. More donations mean more entries and more chances to play!

🎡 Mrs. Escamilla will spin the wheel on Monday to choose 10 students. The five students who find the hidden squishies get to keep them!

Meet Madilyn Rials! Madilyn was selected by her teacher as a September Superintendent Star Student for her outstanding character, determination and caring heart.
Madilyn is polite, respectful and hardworking. When she faces a challenge, she doesn’t give up. She keeps working, learns from the experience and moves forward.
Just as importantly, Madilyn is always ready to encourage a classmate or lend a helping hand. Her kindness and leadership make a difference in her school community.

Congratulations Erin Dickson who was honored last night at the LEISD Board Meeting for being a LEader of the Pack!

Every student learns differently — and Erin Dickson understands that.

As a Special Education Teacher at Hackberry Elementary, Erin meets students where they are and finds the strategies, support and approaches that help them move forward. She looks at each student as an individual and is always thinking about how she can make learning more accessible, meaningful and successful.

Her mindset is simple: How can I do this better?

That commitment to continually learning, adapting and finding new ways to support students is what makes Erin such a difference-maker for the Hackberry FamiLE.

Erin was celebrated and recognized at the Little Elm ISD Board of Trustees meeting as a LEader of the Pack. 🐺
