And our fitness challenge 2026 has officially wrapped! I probably did the most workouts this challenge than any other year. I still can’t believe in my 20s I ate fast food everyday and worked out maybe once a year! In my 40s I workout almost everyday and don’t get near the results I did in my 20s. But I feel better and I eat better and I lift better! It’s all about progress and what your fitness goals are!

Only true Texans will relate to this. In July and August, the heat is no joke. And when everyone walks into a building we just talk about how hot it is! I hate walking into work sweaty, so it’s a mad dash from my car to my building.
