Tonight’s featured Tiki Tuesday cocktail is ‘The Seven Seas’ made with Orange, Pomegranate, Lime, Orange Curaçao, and a Rum Blend.

The Seven Seas was a signature tropical cocktail served at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort during the 1970s and early 1980s. Named after the lagoon surrounding the Magic Kingdom, it became a favorite among guests for its vibrant presentation in iconic tiki god mugs. The drink reflected Disney’s embrace of the mid-century tiki craze, blending adventure, escapism, and Polynesian-inspired storytelling. Though it eventually disappeared from the menu, the Seven Seas remains a beloved piece of Disney cocktail history and tiki nostalgia.

Tonight’s featured Whiskey Wednesday cocktail is the ‘Blinker’ made with Raspberry, Grapefruit, Pomegranate, Grenadine, and Rye Whiskey.

The Blinker is a classic rye whiskey cocktail that first appeared in Patrick Gavin Duffy’s The Official Mixer’s Manual in 1934. Its name comes from the blinders placed on horses and mules to keep them focused on the road ahead. Though it faded from popularity for decades, the modern cocktail revival brought renewed appreciation for its elegant simplicity and bright, refreshing character. Today, the Blinker is regarded as an enduring pre-war classic that showcases the versatility of rye whiskey.
