📸 Last month, we had the privilege of hearing from Brian Bello, M.D., who shared an insightful presentation on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and the important role MFTs play in multidisciplinary care.

💭 The training explored how undetected TBIs can sometimes present with symptoms that resemble PTSD, depression, or personality disorders, reminding us how important it is to look at the whole person and collaborate across disciplines.

The OC-CAMFT Board took a well-deserved break for a board bonding night at Dave & Buster's! From strategic planning in the boardroom to friendly competition in the arcade, we're reminded that strong teams are built both in and outside of meetings.

Waltz/ Ballroom Beginner's Dance Class with Sergio!

In this beginner class run by a fellow future MFT, participants will learn foundational patterns and turns for each dance while exploring both leader and follower roles. Beyond being enjoyable, dancing supports emotional health and cognitive functioning. Because it engages memory, coordination, rhythm, and social connection simultaneously, it is considered one of the most beneficial activities for long-term brain health.
