Overnight Hotel Security Officer (Full-Time)

Oceanside, CA

Fischer Protection Group Inc. is a Veteran-Owned and Operated security company seeking an experienced and professional Overnight Hotel Security Officer to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated security professional looking for consistent full-time hours with the potential to become a long-term assignment.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Sunday: 24-hour coverage (rotating shifts as assigned)

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the hotel property.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and respond appropriately to incidents.
• Write detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Enforce property rules and company policies professionally.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
• Coordinate with hotel management and law enforcement when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card (Required)
• Previous security experience (Required)
• Strong report-writing and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Must be punctual, dependable, and customer service oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hotel, hospitality, HOA, patrol, or loss prevention experience
• Military veterans and retired/off-duty law enforcement are encouraged to apply

📍 Location: Oceanside, CA
🗓️ Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
🕘 Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💼 Position: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
