Here are five simple ways to stay active:

🚶 Take a morning or evening walk when it's cooler outside.

🪑 Stretch or do gentle chair exercises at home.

🌿 Spend time gardening or tending to potted plants.

🧺 Join friends or family for an outdoor picnic or community event.

💧 Stay hydrated and take breaks to avoid the summer heat.
