We are looking to add a dedicated Pitch/Catch & Utility to our 16u group. We keep smaller rosters for maximum reps. I’m not going to post an AI flyer and promise you all you ever wanted. You older ones were being looked up to the whole time rather you knew it or not. All the way down to our 12u kids. Win or lose yall held your composure and I’m so proud to have some of the best kids/families in our homegrown organization. Thank you Josh and Will for all the help! If your athlete is looking for a different opportunity please make sure you do the research on the organization and the coaches. Check their GC etc. How many girls are they carrying, where are they playing.

The grass isn’t always greener. Their are great coaches in every organization but make sure your not just a number in a pyramid scheme just looking for the next best player. Many of you have experienced this unfortunately.

Don’t tell me your about development when your carrying 15/20+ in 12/14u and don’t truly run a developmental practice. Y’all’s AI flyers to boot. ✌🏽

These 4 have led our group this season and I couldn’t be more proud of them as a coach. Merging our groups the way I did Ik would be interesting but at the end of the day I don’t regret it! 😎

Marley Hill has been with me since REC ball and really a true trail blazer for our entire group. She’s one of the most coachable kids I’ve ever had. Keep working! ❤️

Peyton Nichols will cheer her team on from the parking lot no matter the situation, swings with confidence and just a fun kid to be around! 🙃

Eve West will be one of the loudest in the dugout keeping her team engaged and will snag anything behind the dish. She will also do some canny glove work to help her pitchers get the call. 💅

Peyton Henry, this girl has been with me for a hot minute. Didn’t even tell me she pitched in her initial tryout and ended the season with 181 K’s on the season. 👑

All in all it’s been bittersweet I’m a firm believer in when one door closes another opens. We have the best group of parents/players. God always seems to find a way for my group to continue to get better and grow and I’m here for it. 👌🏽

There is only one ❤️🖤🤍 and it’s our homegrown RISERS. Here’s to another year of 14u with my girls. 😉
