MtZ Rentals Waterslide Rental Safety Policy

For the safety of all participants, please read, understand, and comply with the following rules:

1. Adult supervision is required at all times. Children must never be left unattended.
2. Use of the waterslide is at your own risk.
3. Only one rider may use the slide at a time unless the slide is specifically designed for multiple riders.
4. All riders must slide feet first and face forward. Head-first sliding is strictly prohibited.
5. Running, pushing, roughhousing, wrestling, flips, and all other forms of horseplay on or around the inflatable are prohibited.
6. Riders must wait until the previous rider has completely exited the landing area before sliding.
7. No person may climb the slide except by using the designated climbing area.
8. Shoes, glasses, jewelry, watches, sharp objects, and any other items that could damage the inflatable or cause injury are prohibited.
9. Food, drinks, gum, candy, and alcohol are prohibited on or around the waterslide.
10. Pets are prohibited on or around the waterslide.
11. The waterslide must not be used by any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
12. Pregnant individuals and persons with neck, back, heart, or other medical conditions should not use the waterslide.
13. The manufacturer’s weight and occupancy limits must not be exceeded.
14. The waterslide must not be used during high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions.
15. The landing area must be kept clear at all times.
16. If the blower stops or the inflatable begins to deflate, all persons must immediately exit the waterslide and notify MtZ Rentals.
17. If any part of the waterslide, blower, hose, stakes, or accessories is broken, missing, or lost, use must stop immediately and MtZ Rentals must be notified right away.
18. Do not attempt to repair, move, or modify any broken, damaged, missing, or lost equipment unless instructed by MtZ Rentals.
19. Any broken, damaged, or lost items must be reported before pickup or return, and the renter may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Liability Notice

Use of this waterslide is at your own risk. By using this equipment, all participants and/or their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with inflatable waterslides.

The rental company, MtZ Rentals, and its owners shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the equipment, failure to comply with these safety rules, lack of supervision, or use of the waterslide. Any broken, damaged, missing, or lost equipment must be reported immediately, and the renter may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
