Congrats to our September Committed Club 🥳
We had 31 athletes who prioritized their health by getting to 12+ classes in the month of September!
This month, we're raffling off a gift card to our local neighborhood grocer, Ward's Supermarket. Congrats to our lucky winner Becky H!
Let's get working towards that October Committed Club and keep the momentum going. See you at the gym!
Have you ever done a 28-day challenge, gotten great results, and then a month or two later realized you’re right back where you started?
Here’s the problem: a challenge can be a great way to get motivated and build some momentum.
But the goal shouldn’t be to follow a plan perfectly for 28 days.
The goal is to figure out how to keep those habits going when the challenge is over.
And that’s where most people struggle.
Life gets busy. Motivation wears off. You miss a few workouts or have a weekend where your nutrition isn’t great—and suddenly you feel like you’ve fallen off and need to start over again.
But you don’t need to start over.
You need habits that work in your real life.
Maybe that’s scheduling three workouts before the week starts.
Keeping a few easy, balanced meals in the house.
Having a backup plan for busy days.
And understanding that one bad meal—or even one bad week—doesn’t erase your progress.
That’s what we work on through nutrition coaching.
We’re not trying to help you be perfect for 28 days.
We’re trying to help you build habits you can still be doing years from now.
If you’re tired of constantly starting over, book a free discovery call through the link in our bio or below on Facebook, and let’s figure out your next step.

The Middle (cue Jimmy Eat World)
There is a part of every journey nobody talks about. The beginning is exciting and full of conversation. The end is satisfying and full of relief.
But the middle...
The middle is where doubt lives. It's where the newness has worn off and the destination still feels impossibly far away. You have worked for months and somehow still don't feel strong enough. You have shown up again and again, but the mirror doesn't seem to notice.
You begin wondering if any of it is working. This is where most people are tempted to leave. Not because they can't do it. Because they can't yet see what the work is doing.
But roots have always grown in darkness. And so does character.
Some of the most important changes in your life will happen before there is any visible evidence that you've changed at all. The middle asks something the beginning doesn't:
Can you continue without proof?
Can you trust the work before the results arrive?
Can you keep showing up when nobody can promise you exactly when it will pay off?
That is where patience becomes more than waiting. It becomes faith in your own effort. Keep going. You may be closer than you think.
And even if you aren't...you are still becoming.

Every meal is an opportunity to nourish your body from the inside out.
Every bite you take is a chance to:
🥗 Fuel your body with the nutrients it needs
⚡ Boost your energy
đź’Ş Support muscle, metabolism, and recovery
🩺 Help prevent and fight chronic disease
You don't need a perfect diet—you need consistent habits built around real, nutrient-dense foods.
Start with the Plate Method:
🥦 ½ non-starchy vegetables
🍗 ¼ lean protein
🍠¼ quality carbohydrates
🥑 Add a healthy fat
Small choices, repeated every day, have the power to transform your health.

What Strength Is For
We spend a lot of time talking about getting stronger.
More weight. More capacity. More endurance. More skill.
And there is nothing wrong with wanting those things.
But strength becomes an empty pursuit if we never ask what it is for.
What good is being strong if strength only makes our own lives easier?
The point of becoming capable isn't simply to carry ourselves.
It is to become someone capable of carrying something that matters.
A child who needs to be lifted. A friend who is having a difficult year.
A family that needs you when things fall apart. A responsibility you would rather not have. A promise that becomes inconvenient.
A life that occasionally asks more from you than you thought you had to give. The strongest person in the room is not necessarily the person who can lift the most.
Sometimes it is the person who notices who needs help. The person who stays. The person who gives without needing credit. The person who has enough strength left over to make someone else's burden a little lighter.
Maybe that is the deeper purpose of becoming strong.
Not to stand above everyone else.
But to become someone others can stand beside.

NO QUICK FIXES. JUST HARD WORK. đź’Ş
We live in a world that wants everything fast.
Lose 20 pounds in 30 days.
Take this supplement.
Try this diet.
Do this workout.
Find the shortcut.
But when it comes to your health, the things that actually work aren't very exciting.
Strength train consistently.
Eat mostly whole foods.
Prioritize protein.
Walk more.
Drink your water.
Get enough sleep.
Manage your stress.
And keep doing those things—even when motivation isn't there.
You don't need to be perfect.
You just need to be consistent long enough to let those small choices add up.
That's what we're doing every day at B3 Gym.
We're not chasing quick fixes or trying to completely change your life overnight.
We're building stronger bodies, better habits, and healthier people—one day at a time.
Do the work. Stay consistent. Give it time.
The results will follow. đź’Ş
