Homegrown Artist of the Week: Isaac Sloane and the Sound Brigade 🎶
Hailing from Denton, Texas, Isaac Sloane & The Sound Brigade are a six-piece band blending psychedelic blues, rock ’n’ roll, soul, and jazz into a distinctive and powerful sound.
Formed in October 2021, the band has quickly established a strong presence in the North Texas music scene, with a nomination of "Best Blues group" at the 2024 and 2025 Dallas Entertainment Awards.
The band features Michael Peterson and Donicio Trujillo on saxophones, Jake Kerleyon keys, Anthony Peterson on drums, and Jesse Thompson on bass, with guitarist and vocalist Isaac Sloane leading the group.
