We are not born with natural leadership abilities… Leadership skills are learned. Thank you to Dr. Theresa Beachy and the Center for Non-Profit Excellence for this wonderful workshop on how to develop the leader within!
PS -the top four leadership skills are:
1. Honesty.
2. Competence.
3. Inspiring.
4. Forward-thinking.
Local Threads provides leadership training for all of its board members -DM me if your high school student is interested in being a part of our mission! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
