We hope everyone has an amazing, safe, and memorable school year!

REMINDER: ANNUAL TEACHER “CLEAR THE CART” GIVEAWAY ENDS SOON!

Our 9th annual Top Teachers contest is still running so get your nominations in now! We are looking for the BEST teachers in Alachua County and surrounding areas. We want to gift TWO of them with their classroom needs by CLEARING THE CART!

We are accepting nominations until August 4th and will then choose two winners. You can enter yourself if you’d like, or someone you know that’s deserving of this accomplishment. Submissions can be made by commenting all of the above info on our Facebook post or by sending an email to [email protected]. Thanks so much for participating and for all you do for our community!

We're so proud of Kacey Anderson for the time she gives back as chair of the GACAR Giving Circle. Today, that giving circle awarded $75,000 to Bright Community Trust to help make homeownership more attainable for first-time buyers right here in Alachua County.
