So much of the challenges I see for people in sessions is their struggle to be with people in their lives that keep connection alive. Connection can be cut short by reactivity, defensiveness, explaining, shutting down, justifying, and other reactions.

I am creating workshops on Tuesday evenings (monthly) designed to give you simple tools to help you create conversation with others in your life that help both of you feel understood and connected.

I have been a communication workshop leader for over 10 years, using principles from Satvatove Institute and Nonviolent Communication.

You can come to one, two, or all three workshops that are happening monthly starting April 7!
You can come to the first, second or third. There are no pre-requisites for any.

I am now certified in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an eye movement therapy that reprograms the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. I have been using it since February and it is having life-changing benefits for so many of my clients! (Over 50 people so far!)

It works faster than EMDR, is better for neurodivergent clients, and doesn't require one to recount their trauma. This is so promising, and I just registered for the Advanced training in one month!
