Here’s exactly how I’d build each one:

1. THE INTAKE SPECIALIST

This is the first hire, because intake is where most businesses bleed leads without even realizing it.

I’d upload my entire qualification process. Every question I ask, every red flag, every reason a lead is worth pursuing or not.

Then I’d tell Claude:

“Score every lead against my criteria the second it comes in. Tell me if it’s a real opportunity, a tire-kicker, or needs to be routed somewhere else. Explain your reasoning.”

Connect it to the lead forms so it fires 24/7, before a human ever sees it. Speed-to-lead goes from hours to minutes and minutes is the difference between a signed client and a lead who already called your competitor.

2. THE AD CREATIVE WRITER

The second hire writes the ads.

I’d feed Claude every script, every static that’s actually converted, every objection prospects raise on sales calls along with the businesses offer.

Then: “Write me 10 ad variations using my best-performing hooks. No generic stock copy. Sound like a person, not a brand.”

What used to take a full day of creative now takes a 20-minute review.

3. THE FOLLOW-UP MACHINE

The third hire makes sure no lead goes cold.

Most businesses lose more money to leads that never got a second touch than to bad ads. I’d have Claude write the nurture sequences SMS, email, the whole cadence tailored to where in the funnel each lead sits.
