The vision of North Cities is to connect people to God through worship, to others through fellowship, and to purpose through training. We believe that ministry effectiveness is multiplied when capable leaders unite in a focused effort. We are blessed to have a talented and anointed team of ministers and leaders who give of themselves every week in an effort to touch the lives of others.

We’re excited to share an important leadership update at North Cities!
After years of faithful leadership, investment, and impact, Kirsten Little is transitioning from her role as the Worship Ministries leader. Her passion for God’s presence, commitment to excellence, and heart for people have helped shape the culture of worship at North Cities in countless ways. We’re incredibly grateful for all she has poured into our church family.
And here’s the good news, Kirsten isn’t going anywhere!
She will continue serving and volunteering in ministry at North Cities, and we’re thankful that her influence, heart, and gifts will remain a part of what God is doing here.
As we celebrate Kirsten and all she has accomplished, we’re also excited to announce that Alex Stigleman will be stepping into the Worship Ministries leader role.
Alex has faithfully served North Cities in a variety of capacities and brings years of ministry, musical, and teaching experience to this position. More importantly, he has a genuine love for God, for people, and for the local church. We believe he’s uniquely equipped for this season and we’re excited to see how God will use him to lead our worship ministry forward.
Please join us in thanking Kirsten for her incredible leadership, congratulating Alex on his new role, and praying for both of them as they step into this next chapter.
