Gather & Glow Event Rentals

We loved working with the scale of this rooftop at Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. 🌼

The glass, clean lines, and open terrace called for a setup that felt light rather than crowded, so we kept the lounge groupings low and gave each one room to breathe. White seating and soft yellow accents kept the palette bright, while striped cocktail tables added just enough pattern to break up the space.

It created an easy rhythm across the rooftop: sit for a while, move around, grab a drink, and find your way back to a conversation.

Come on in. We’d love to show you around Gather & Glow HQ. ✨

Our Garner showroom was created to help couples, planners, and hosts see the possibilities beyond individual pieces. It’s a place to explore how different textures, materials, finishes, and styles can come together and begin imagining what that could look like for their own celebration.

From warm wood and deep brown upholstery to brass, soft textiles, and florals, the showroom gives you a closer look at the collection and the many ways it can take shape. 🛋️

We loved how the design at Nigh River Farms let the venue do so much of the talking. 🌸

The ceremony stayed understated, with warm wood seating that felt natural against the white exterior and lush surroundings. By the reception, the look became richer through color, pattern, and texture across the tablescapes.

It’s a good reminder that one strong rental choice can help shape a space without overwhelming it.

This is why we believe a lounge deserves more than leftover space on the floor plan. 🤍

Placed well, it becomes its own little destination. Here, the umbrellas frame the seating beneath the trees, creating a comfortable place to pause while still feeling connected to the celebration around it.

Seeing the couple settle in and enjoy the space is exactly what we hope for. 🪑

Our rental selections start long before we choose a sofa or chair. 📐

We first consider how guests will move and gather, what deserves to stay visible, and what the space actually needs. Those answers guide us toward pieces that feel like they belong.

Collected, comfortable, personal. That is always the goal. 🪶

We were honored to help build this setting from the ground up at The Skyroom NC alongside Lauren O & Co. . 🛠️

Early setup is where plans meet the actual space, with measurements checked and placement fine-tuned before the final styling begins.

Little by little, the room starts to take shape.

Small details can make a large room feel surprisingly personal. 🕯️

Green tones soften the room, while warm wood and leather keep the palette from feeling too cool.

Even the small table lamp adds a familiar touch that makes the setting feel more personal.

We’re big believers in letting a venue tell us how much it needs. 🌿

The deep porch, white exterior, mature trees, and lawn already bring so much character.

Quieter seating and plenty of visual breathing room allow those existing elements to stay in the conversation.

The real measure of good seating isn’t the empty-room photo. It’s this. ✨

Guests settling in tells us the placement, comfort, and spacing are doing their job.

We want these gathering places to feel like a natural part of the event, never just a styled vignette.
