Wow this was unexpected, just interviewed this legend Tom Dreesen for a documentary project Marcus Head and we were discussing doing a documentary on him in the future, even if it was just a short time I got to realize he was a class act and wonderful human that stood his own with a lot of the legends he worked with like Frank Sinatra Richard Pryor John "POPS" Witherspoon and many others. Rip and my heart goes out to his family and friends. I am honored to have collaborated with him on my documentary and will treasure the stories he shared.

Mheadfilms is thrilled and proud to announce our production will be the creative executive producer’s for the biopic film “A Comics Tale.. “The Pioneer of Comedy” The Rodney Winfield Story for those that don’t his story, this St Louis native was one of the OG’s of comedy that many compared to his standup to Richard Pryor, he appeared on and he was responsible for developing the careers of today’s legends like .flood .curry.18 and was a mentor and close friends for today’s Kings and Kings of comedy with and so many others. I want to thank the Winfield Family for their trust and support for us to bring this legend story to life.
