Ready for the Holidays

Realtors, Can some one tell me what is going on with these Property Management Companies? I am talking about the ones that are going around and changing door locks and turning off utilities to homes. I have a listing in Temple Texas, owner is up to date on her payment, I have a for sale sign in the front yard, there are still appliances in the home and I am having open houses almost every week and after the owner talking to both the mortgage company and the Management company they still snuck in there and changed the locks. Now not only do I not have utilities I cannot even get in to hold open houses. How do mortgage companies expect people to sell the homes if they cannot properly show the homes?

Wanted to reach out to all my fellow realtors...BEWARE OF ZOOM SCAMS. I got an email from [email protected], seems like a legit email. we actually went back and forth on one of my listing(1.65m listing). Then came the time for us to actually talk and I set up a zoom meeting. The reply was "it got put in my junk mail and now I cannot access the link, here is my link for a zoom meeting". The minute you click on the link it tell you it is an updated version and click here to download. That is the malware. Luckily my Webroot anti-virus caught it but the scam wasn't over. They kept telling me it was ok and that they had to talk to me via zoom, now get this, because they didn't own an Iphone! Beware folks spent a good part of my day getting ready for a zoom call that never happened and could have been very bad for my computer. Spread it around so other don't get caught up in it like I did.
