Interested in freezer beef? We will be processing our mini/mid-sized steers soon - sometime in August. We feed primarily grass with a little grain (to keep them trained so they come when called so we can put eyes on them daily) - our hay & fields are of quality fescue & clover. If interested or know of someone, reach out soon. Great beef breeds, raised very well and being offered at an affordable price. No international shipping or unknown care, nor freeze/thawing compromises… making mystery meat! 😬

Scheduling processing dates soon. Reach out if interested in filling your freezer, we’ll work with you. Share our information with family & friends. Honey Tree Farm

Unsexed peachick available for $45, born mid-June 2026. Mama hatched one again this year so we sell our chicks & feathers to offset feed cost.

Peacocks are majestic birds, eat little and ez to care for. They can live up to 25 years in captivity and mature at three years old. Our beautiful birds are the eye-candy of the farm!

It’s still springtime and my farm birds are laying consistently. Not sure what has changed this season but I have duck eggs available almost daily. $8/dz for XL delicious, fresh, nutritious eggs that add volume to baked goods and buttery tasting to eat.

Our Silver Appleyard ducks are such funny characters & enjoy their days around the pond. They are large birds & consume a lot of feed, in addition to grazing all day. Animal feed is very costly but quality feed & supplements produce healthy birds and quality eggs. Washed, sanitized, refrigerated, following FDA guidelines.

Reach out if wanting to try some. $8/dz or $7 each if buying in multiples this month. There’s great value and nutrition in a dozen eggs! 🥚🦆

It’s already a dry and rough spring for our animals. The cracks are indicative of how dry it is. End of April and we’re already in a drought.

The chicken yard will need to be moved a bit to get them over to a grassy area - meaning, a lot of extra work…

We are letting the chickens out of an afternoon to free range the farm. But that practice comes with great risk - and lots of havoc as they just tear up anything they can! 🦅 🦊 🦝 🐈 🤨

Elderberry bush roots for sale- 3-5 root pots for $15. I’m not selling “plants” but sprouting roots.

Originally purchased John, York & Allen varieties from Stark Brothers nursery. Each bare root can cost ~ $20!

Our plants are prolific this year so we’ve dug up several & potted to share.

Elderberries should be pruned about waist high during dormancy and will still grown ~ 6-7’ high. The bush can grow as high as 10’. This is a prolific plant and will set off numerous shoots once established so your plantings will multiply season over season… This plant does well in full sun, needs watered well the first year & pretty forgiving.

Elderberries make for a great living hedge for privacy or a wind block. It’s foliage stays green until frost. The May flowers are so fragrant and can be made into jelly & tea. The elderberry fruit clusters ripen June-July and ez to pick. The fruit is medicinal & can be juiced, frozen, dried, made into jelly, syrup, wine, gummies…

If interested, we have several pots of roots left from the Garden Expo. Come pick out a couple and add medicinal fruit to your landscape st an affordable start up!

Loofah - natural sponges @ $5 each - farm grown. These are great for the bath and kitchen & make for a great mother or friend gift addition. They can be cut to size.

The loofa plant is in the squash family and takes 150+ days to mature. Once brown, the skin is removed, soaked, deseeded, soaked and worked a time or two (or three) more. One seed produces ~5 pods.

Let us know if we can set out a couple for you.
