We just wrapped up our September Bounty for Families, and I want to thank everyone for your prayers, hard work, and sweat equity.

We had no waste unless you count the corn that went to Southwestern University’s compost and Miss Dorothy’s deer. 😂 God continues to bless us with opportunities to share our extra food with Helping Hands, Georgetown Housing Authority, Bartlett Food Pantry, and Stone Haven’s Senior Center. 😍

We are growing! God is expanding our reach and allowing us to bless more of our neighbors.

Due to a low number of registrations (it’s hot 🥵 we get it 😆) we have decided to postpone our Prayer Walk/5K to April 3rd to get the word out and get more families involved.

However, a few of us are still planning to meet at 7:30 AM on Saturday, September 19th at the pavilion across from the Georgetown Event Center (521 E. Marrow St) for some fitness and fellowship. We are planning to walk/run and pray for our community. Feel free to come and join us or feel free to do something similar in your community! We may be a smaller group but we are mighty in prayer! 🙏🏾 💪🏾
