A closer look at Capitol Tower Lobby, because we had to give this one another moment.

What stands out to us is how consistently the details carry through the space. Warm wood tones, black architectural elements, integrated lighting, stone finishes, and clean sightlines all work together to give the lobby a completely new presence.

It is always rewarding to see a project after the dust has settled, the furniture is in, and the space is being experienced the way it was designed to be.

Last night, Team Paradigm celebrated our 5th birthday! We ate, we laughed, we played BINGO, and things definitely got a little competitive when the prizes came out. 🥳

It was a great night celebrating the people who have made the last five years possible and everything we’ve accomplished together. We’re pretty proud of this crew and what we’ve built so far.

The next chapter is already under construction. Happy 5th birthday, Paradigm!

Paradigm Commercial is officially FIVE! 🎉

Since 2021, we’ve grown from 6 employees to 15, completed 176 projects and more than 1.4 million square feet across Central Texas, and continued building relationships with clients who come back to us project after project.

We’ve also celebrated a lot outside of the jobsite. Growing families, new team members, milestones, and plenty of good times together.

Thank you to our employees, clients, trade partners, architects, designers, friends, and families who have supported Paradigm over the last five years. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in our team, and proud of what we’ve built together.

Paradigm Commercial is excited to welcome Luke Merz and Andrew Schelfhout as our Fall 2026 interns!

Both Luke and Andrew join us from the Texas A&M University Construction Science Department internship program, and we’re looking forward to giving them opportunities this semester to learn, ask questions, get involved, and experience commercial construction from the field to preconstruction and everything in between.

We’re proud to invest in the next generation of our industry and excited to have two Aggies learning and growing alongside the Paradigm team this fall.

Every detail matters in a space built for care.

We recently completed a 5,210-square-foot interior finish-out for Medical Vascular Partners, transforming the space into a fully operational outpatient vascular clinic.
From welcoming reception and patient-care areas to exam rooms, procedure spaces, nurse stations and laboratory support, every part of the project required thoughtful coordination between function, finish, and the needs of the people who will use the space every day.

Our scope included custom millwork, solid-surface countertops, flooring and wall coverings, restroom finishes, HVAC modifications, electrical and lighting upgrades, and the many details that bring a healthcare environment together.

We're proud of the Paradigm team and project partners who helped turn the plans into a finished space built for both exceptional care and everyday comfort.

Built for the work that keeps people safe at height.

Paradigm Commercial recently completed construction improvements for Werner's Height Safety Center in Austin, creating a highly specialized environment that brings training, testing, product development, and operations together under one roof.

Working within an existing logistics facility, our team completed selective demolition, electrical and lighting upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and space reconfiguration to support new equipment and operations. The work required careful planning and coordination across trades to integrate new systems within the existing structure.

The result is a high-performing facility built to support Werner's continued investment in safety, innovation, and hands-on education.

Every summer, our guys head out for a weekend away from the jobsite to relax, reconnect, and enjoy some well-earned time together. This year's trip brought plenty of laughs, a little friendly competition on and off the water, and time to strengthen the friendships that carry us through the rest of the year.

These weekends have become a tradition we look forward to every year. They're a reminder that taking time to invest in each other makes us a stronger team, both on and off the jobsite.
