As some of you may know, I’m all about the gravy, so stop by today and order a plate of biscuits and gravy—or try a tater tot bowl with sausage gravy and eggs. Either way, you’re getting a warm, hearty hug in a bowl. 💛

Today is National Food Service Workers Day, and I’m feeling especially proud of the people I work beside. ❤️ I don’t just own a restaurant. I work in one. I’m there with our crew when the kitchen is hot, the dishes keep coming, the dining room fills up, and we all jump in wherever we’re needed. We’ve had hard days and ridiculous days, and we keep showing up for each other and for our guests. Today we also learned that Georgetown Corner Tavern was recognized in the 2026 Georgetown Times Readers’ Choice Awards: 🥈 Silver — Cocktail 🥉 Bronze — Late Night Food 🥉 Bronze — Veggie Burger 🥉 Bronze — Bartender, Brittany Ward Brittany, I’m so proud of you. Thank you to our guests and neighbors for seeing the work we put in together. And thank you to my crew for doing it with me. There’s nobody I’d rather be in the weeds with. ❤️
