Congratulations to Rick Kirkpatrick, Florence ISD Superintendent and the Florence ISD's Citizen of the Year! 🎉
During his time at Florence ISD, the district has opened a new elementary school and has earned a B rating from the Texas Education Agency, making it one of the highest rated school districts in Central Texas. The Florence Chamber of Commerce presented the Citizen of the Year award Saturday during its annual gala.
