We’re excited to introduce the updated Northern Elementary PTA logo!

The PTA logo takes inspiration directly from Northern Elementary’s yellow star mascot. Our new silver star shares the same friendly expression, energetic personality, blue accents, and welcoming spirit as the school’s star.

Together, the Northern Elementary star and PTA star symbolize teamwork, school spirit, community, and support.

Two stars. One school community. Working together to help Northern shine! ⭐💙⭐

Northern PTA has been busy planning and preparing for this upcoming school year!

⭐️We started off the new school year by welcoming new Kindergarten students with a gift at camp last week.
⭐️ Each member that joins PTA between now and open house will receive a Ticonderoga Arctic blue pencil and a mini composition notebook for their child(ren) Just stop by and see us at open house to get your pencil/book
🤫 If any parent decides to keep the pencil for themselves we won’t say anything

As my two-year term as PTA President comes to a close, I can't help but reflect on what an incredible journey it has been. It has truly been an honor to serve our amazing students, teachers, and families.

This past year alone, we've had the opportunity to be part of so many memorable moments, including Kindergarten Camp, Open House, monthly Birthday Bashes, numerous pop-up teacher appreciation events, Boosterthon fundraising, Spooktacular, candy guessing games, the Reptile Zoo, the Planetarium, Lexington Children's Theatre, Santa Shop, KSA testing snacks (plus masks and capes to cheer on our students!), a Foam Party, Field Day snow cones and inflatables, new popcorn and sno-cone machines, and so much more.

None of this would have been possible without the support of our incredible volunteers, teachers, families, and community. Thank you for trusting me to serve as your PTA President. It has been an amazing experience.

A very special thank you goes to my PTA board. These past two years would not have been possible without their dedication, support, hard work, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. I truly could not have done this without each of them. I am so grateful for the time, energy, and heart they have poured into making NES PTA the best it can be. 💙

I'm excited to pass the torch to our new PTA Predsident Melissa Brooks. The new PTA board has so many fun and exciting ideas planned for the upcoming school year, and I know they'll do an outstanding job.

Be sure to watch for PTA fundraising opportunities this fall—it's going to be a fantastic year!
