Saturday dinner: Salmon with roasted tomato, olives, banana peppers, feta and spinach in a white w**e sauce, served over rice with tzatziki and a charred lemon to squeeze over the top. Bright, a little briny, and lighter than you'd expect for how full the plate is.

Yes, it's avocado toast. No, it's not the one you make at home at 7am with half a bruised avocado. Ours gets pepitas, cotija, cilantro, lime and red pepper flakes on toasted sourdough, and somebody else does the dishes.
