Building a better world, one community at a time! Vajra Azaya (Sanskrit word for “Awake Retreat”) is a new non-profit
organization established in central Texas.
We envision the manifestation of many self-sufficient communities - each providing food, housing, and a means of economic development for residents! "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has"
-Margaret Mead
