For nearly three decades, there has been a wonderful tradition of the Georgetown College Football Team worshiping with us before their season begins. Because we are in the midst of renovating our sanctuary, we had to call an audible this year!

On Sunday, August 9 we will offer three worship services: 8:45 am, 11 am, and 1 pm. At the 1 pm service we will welcome the GC football team, coaches, and staff and would love for you to join us too.

Youth are swimming tonight at the Fraziers' home, but headed to the lake next week!

We hope to see you tonight, but I wanted to share the info on our end-of-the-summer Lake Day! Come spend the day with us on pontoon boats and tubing at Cave Run Lake on Tuesday, August 4! Meet at the church at 8am & bring sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, & change of clothes. The cost is $25 and lunch is provided. We plan to return around 5pm. On Thursdays in July our rising 4th through 6th graders met for Camp Cup of Cold Water. Each week they focused on caring for themselves, creation, and others. We made deliveries to Ashton Grove, packed hygiene kits at Garth Elementary to be used in the backpacks GBC collected, and made blankets that will go with our team to Guatemala in February.
