We are so glad to be able to support this wonderful organization!

Who's happier - the giver or the receiver? NSG is so grateful for the support we receive from First Presbyterian Church of Georgetown through the sharing of space for us to meet with unhoused clients and through their financial donations. This collaborative community partnership allows us both to serve those experiencing homelessness and to put our faith into action, caring for our NEIGHBORS. In the end, that's what makes us happy!

SUNDAY REMINDERS: Pastor Alex continues the "Generations" book study at 9am. This Sunday at 2:00 PM in the Worship Center, our June Jazz Concert features Margaret Slovak on guitar and Terry Bowness on piano. On Monday, June 15, at 7:00 PM in Room 101, Denny & Terri Boroczk will lead our June FRED Talk. Please also keep our youth and adult leaders in your prayers next week as they participate in Summit 46 at Mo Ranch.

Our youth and adult leaders are having a wonderful week serving and growing together in Washington, D.C.! We can’t wait to hear more about their experiences. Please continue to keep the group in your prayers as they finish their week and travel home safely.

What an incredible week at Kids Camp: Rome – Paul and the Underground Church!

It takes many people who are willing to share their gifts to make a week like this possible — crew leaders, teachers, snack providers, registration helpers, storytellers, prayer partners, decorators, a/v helpers, and countless others working behind the scenes. We are deeply grateful for every volunteer who gave their time, energy, creativity, and love to our campers this week.

A special thanks to Monique Uhlenhaker, our Kids Camp Director, whose quiet and steady leadership, wonderful organization and planning helped the entire week run smoothly.

Throughout the week, our campers learned five important truths:
• God’s love is a gift.
• God’s love challenges us.
• God’s love is always with us.
• God’s love saves us.
• God’s love is worth sharing.

SUNDAY REMINDERS: This Sunday, we’ll commission our Kids Camp volunteers and Youth Mission Trip participants during worship. Kids Camp volunteer training and setup begin at 11 AM in Room 101. For those who signed up to provide volunteer snacks, they may be dropped off in the big kitchen on Sunday. Reminder: Kids Camp is this week from 9 AM–12 PM. During these hours, the church campus will be closed to anyone not volunteering with camp or working in the church office. This includes outside meetings and the Neighbors in Need Pantry
