What started as water bubbling up from the ground from 1 apartments broken water line…. Has escalated into this current situation! We discovered the water lines were galvanized underground thanks to the cheap builders back in 1968, had they used copper this would not be happening. But here we are…
We knew it would literally be a short time before each apartment would start having water line issues which would escalate repair costs and ultimately we’d have the same outcome needed. To prevent this from happening again to the other apartments we are replacing all of the incoming water lines to each apartment!

So it was brought to our attention once again one of our properties is listed by a scammer! This isn’t new, however it is the first time one of our properties were advertised on tictok! 🙄
We only advertise here and on Zillow. Don’t ever just send money to someone advertising like this. Be sure you get to physically see the property, meet the owner/property manager before handing over money.
Also, if the price sounds to good to be true it’s probably a scam, be sure to verify. These scammers have got a lot of people unfortunately.
