Blacktop Bend consists of four friends from the Austin, Texas, metro area, playing a unique mix of bluegrass and country blues. Blacktop Bend's gigs include Green Mesquite, Artz Ribhouse, Freddie's Place on South First, Waterloo Ice House, Ross' Old Austin Cafe, and other great Austin spots. They appear regularly at the Austin Farmers Markets at the Triangle and Republic Square downtown, and the annual Capital 10K footrace. The band also performs for private events, parties, and house concerts. Thanks to all our friends and supporters for coming out and listening, no matter the weather!
