🚧 PROJECT UPDATE | Tanglewood Forest Clubhouse, Pool & Sportscourt

Exciting progress is taking shape at Tanglewood Forest! Our team is keeping the momentum going as several key construction phases move forward.

🔨 Wood framing is underway for the main clubhouse
🔧 Underground plumbing is progressing at the pool equipment shed
🏊 The pool is being prepped for the upcoming gunite shoot
🎾 Tennis court fencing is going in

It’s great to see this project coming together piece by piece, and we’re looking forward to sharing more as we move closer to the finish line!

This Labor Day, we recognize and appreciate the hardworking men and women whose dedication, skill, and craftsmanship help build the communities around us.

In observance of Labor Day, our offices will be closed Monday, September 7th, and we will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

As summer comes to a close, we’re wishing Gavin Ortiz all the best as he heads back to college!

During his internship with Synergy Commercial Construction, Gavin gained hands-on experience across several areas of the construction process, from estimating projects to visiting active job sites, shadowing project superintendents, and participating in site safety training. He also had the opportunity to take part in a milestone topping-out event, celebrating an exciting stage of construction alongside the project team.

And it wasn’t all bids, job sites, and hard hats! Gavin also found time to put his skills to a different kind of test, building paper airplanes and teaching a coworker’s son how to make a few of his own. ✈️ Sometimes the best lessons in construction start with a single sheet of paper!

We’re grateful for the energy and willingness to learn that Gavin brought to the SCC team this summer. We hope the experience, connections, and knowledge he gained serve him well as he continues his education and prepares for his future career. Best of luck this school year, Gavin, and thank you for spending your summer with SCC! 👷‍♂️🏗️🎓

It’s OSHA Safe + Sound Week! 👷‍♂️🦺

At Synergy Commercial Construction, safety isn’t just something we talk about; it’s part of how we work every day. From pre-construction planning and jobsite inspections to ongoing training and open communication, keeping our team and trade partners safe is always a priority.

Safe + Sound Week is a great reminder that strong safety programs are built through preparation, participation, and looking out for one another.
Because at the end of the day, the most important thing we build is a workplace where everyone goes home safe. 💪

In just a short time, Commercial National Bank in Georgetown has seen incredible progress, from the framed building shell to the installation of the building's masonry exterior. It's exciting to watch this project continue to take shape.

Progress is moving full speed ahead at Ascalon Medical Office Park!

Over the past two weeks, our team has achieved several key construction milestones, including:

• Parapet framing
• Drywall installation
• Masonry work
• Plumbing rough-in
• Electrical gear and transformer installation
• Second & third floor concrete slabs poured on metal deck
• Roof joists installed

It's exciting to see this project continue to take shape as each phase builds on the last.
