Guest house for a 1960s midcentury modern home in Old Town Georgetown.
Clean lines, warm wood, and a kitchen that fits the house without feeling stuck in the past.
This room addition project in Cedar Park is unique for several reasons. In this video, Luke talks about an important detail that will not only improve the efficiency of the living space but also prevent possible issues down the road related to the exterior envelope.

A clean vanity line. Quiet materials. Details that stay disciplined.
That is usually what makes a bathroom feel calm.
The Cedar Park room addition is dried in! Building in this rain has been stressful so we are all breathing a sigh of relief. Framing in the rain is normal, but framing above or adjacent to *finished* living spaces is a whole different ball game. Moving on to MEPs, this project is about a month and a half out from completion.
