Chimney Cricket!!🦗 these poor homeowners had their roof replaced a few years ago & the roofer didn’t install a chimney cricket to divert the water away. Now they have leaks & guess where the roofer is that did the roof? Nowhere to be found! Imagine that 😩

Can you spot what’s wrong with this roof? We sure can’t 😱

This is one of the worst roofs we’ve been on in a long time! Needless to say this roof will go down in history as one of the worst roofs we’ve inspected.

Pt2 of the roof we think the previous roofer installed ruined or used shingles. What do you think happened here? Look at those ridge lines…crooked much?!

Ok now that’s just nasty 🤢!! We get calls like this often. No we don’t work on appliances, but we do diagnose issues that relate to vents! Great time to make sure your dryer vent doesn’t have clogs like this! Fire hazards can be prevented!
