This patient came to us during Phase 1 treatment with an underbite, where the lower teeth were positioned in front of the upper teeth. While he was still growing, we used reverse-pull headgear, a Nance appliance, and braces on the upper teeth to bring the upper teeth and bite into a much healthier relationship. 🦷

Phase 1 treatment isn’t about making every tooth perfect—it’s about addressing the right problems at the right time and setting the stage for healthy growth and development. 💙
