The Collective
Since 2008, we’ve helped Gilbert train with purpose through strength training, Ride+, Mat Pilates, recovery, and expert coaching.
Our focus is simple: build strength, improve health, and create a community that supports real progress. The Collective is a results-driven training studio built around community, functional strength, and holistic recovery. We offer expert-led group training, cycling classes, private coaching, and cutting-edge recovery tools like cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy—all designed to help you get stronger, leaner, and more energized. Since 2008, we’ve been more than a gym—we’re a tribe that supports you every step of the way.
WE HELP PEOPLE BECOME PEOPLE WHO TRAIN. ⚡️
And part of becoming someone who trains is learning how to train.
Take another peek inside our Squat Workshop, where we slowed things down to learn the movement, refine technique, understand positioning, and build a stronger foundation to carry into every session that follows.
This is why we call ourselves Gilbert’s School of Fitness.
We believe your training should build on itself. You should understand the movements you’re doing, have coaches who can help you refine them, and continue developing the knowledge and confidence to move well for the long run. That focus on education, progressive programming, and coach-led training is built into The Collective experience.
Because we’re not here to give you another random workout.
We’re here to help you learn. Practice. Progress. And build a routine that changes you.
Be 1% better every day.

18 years in and apparently this is what the founders are doing now 😂😂
Next month, The Collective turns 18.
Eighteen years of training.
Eighteen years of people walking through our doors and becoming stronger versions of themselves.
Eighteen years of learning, evolving, raising the bar, and getting 1% better.
And somehow… we’re just getting started.
We have a lot planned for October.
Consider this your warning. 👀

TAKE A PEEK INSIDE SQUAT 101 at The Collective. ⚡️
We are a SCHOOL OF FITNESS.
Which means, we don’t just want you to work out. We want you to understand how your body moves, why you’re doing what you’re doing, and how to train well for the long run.
That’s why education is built into what we do.
From Squat 101 to deadlift and kettlebell workshops, we create opportunities to slow things down, learn from experienced coaches, refine your technique, understand the purpose behind each movement, and build a stronger foundation for everything that comes next.
Because better movement isn’t just about what you can do today. It’s about continuing to learn, grow, and build a body that supports you for years to come.
And a special shoutout to Mary + Emma for embodying exactly what this is all about. Showing up, putting in the work, and choosing to become 1% better every day. ⚡️
Learn. Refine. Practice. Grow.
That’s Gilbert’s School of Fitness.
Next up: Fall Combine | September 26. Check the schedule for upcoming workshops and events.
MEMBER HIGHLIGHT | JESUS ⚡️
When Jesus moved here, he wasn’t sure if The Collective would be the place for him.
He was coming back from severe injuries, navigating what his body could handle, and looking for a place where he could feel confident training again.
What he found was support backed by knowledge. Coaches who could meet him where he was, understand what he needed, and help him continue building strength safely and intentionally. And a community that made him feel like he belonged.
His story is such an important reminder that you don’t have to arrive here at a certain fitness level. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to start where you are.
Whatever season you’re in, our coaches and community are here to meet you there, adapt your training, uplift you, and help you work toward becoming the healthiest, strongest version of yourself.
Jesus, thank you for trusting us with your journey and for being part of this community. ⚡️
Every person who walks through our doors matters to us.
Take this as your sign. Come as you are. We’ll help you from there.
Some fun with our Cycle Coaches the other morning. Were you expecting this?! 😆

YOUR SCHEDULE IS FULL. YOUR HEALTH STILL DESERVES A PLACE IN IT. ⚡️
We know life is busy. Work, family, responsibilities, plans. There will always be something competing for your time.
That’s why we’ve built a schedule with options.
Early mornings. Midday. Evenings. Weekends. Strength + Conditioning, Ride, Mat Pilates, Mobility, Recovery, and more, all under one roof.
You don’t need to train every day. You don’t need the perfect schedule. You just need to find the times that work for your life and keep showing up.
Swipe through Monday through Sunday and find your time to train.
Then book it. We’ll see you at The Collective. ⚡️
MAYBE YOU DON’T NEED ANOTHER WORKOUT. YOU NEED A BETTER PLAN. ⚡️
If you’re tired of starting over, struggling to stay consistent, or putting in the work without feeling like you’re getting where you want to go, the answer might not be to work harder.
It might be knowing how to train.
At The Collective, we get to know you first. Your goals. Your experience. Your lifestyle. Then we help you build the right combination of Strength, Ride, Mat Pilates, and Recovery to create a routine you can actually sustain.
Because each piece has a purpose.
Strength builds your foundation.
Ride develops endurance.
Mat Pilates builds control and core stability.
Recovery keeps you healthy, consistent, and progressing.
And coaching connects it all.
That’s the difference between simply doing workouts and learning how to train.
