Just because it has the word Christian on it doesn't mean it's Christ-like. Let us see with the eyes of our heart! ❤️

Breakin' Bread Moments...
Good Morning Family, do this with me today and then let's have a discussion. Let us isolate 5 minutes of absolute "nothingness". That means no phone, kids, business, or ya 'boo thang (smile). In this time of absolute nothingness we will focus on taking inventory of what is growing in our life, both negative and positive.
*Once you give an account for growth, you then have to determine whether you will continue to provide sustenance and nourishment to that thing.
Do not be deceived, if someone or something is growing in any aspect it's because an investment is being made there.
Search you heart, mind, and body for growth. You may find that some growth in your life may be over stimulated and not require as much energy and investment that you've been giving it, which frees up energy or time for you to invest in another aspect of your life that could use nurture or nourishment. This could look like less traveling and more exercise or less eating out and more home cooked meals with the family. I dunno, after you do the exercise I'd love to get your feedback. Thank you for your time and consideration.
*Take inventory!
Respectfully,
Reginald L. Russell
