TEAM SPOTLIGHT: PAULA MOORE

You’ll find Paula Moore in the salon with a Water in hand (no ice), a calm spirit, and a flashlight... just in case. (No seriously—she grew up in Oregon with power outages and now she never leaves home without one. Hair artist? Yes. Lost in the dark? Never.
She’s been a licensed hair stylist since 2011, but her passion started way back with Barbie dolls and an updo obsession. These days, Paula’s updos are always client-customized, elegant, and timeless.
Morning ritual? Robe. Hot Tea. Peace.
Superpower of choice? SPEED. Because who doesn’t want to do everything faster?
Guilty pleasure? She swears curtain bangs look good on everyone—and honestly? She’s not wrong.
When it comes to beauty advice, Paula’s got gems:
“Learning to round brush your own hair? Look away from the mirror while placing your brush. THEN look back. Trust me—it works.”
Also: pH matters. Your shampoo should be between 4.5 and 5.5 to keep those hair strands healthy and happy.
Favorite part of the job? Meeting new people, connecting, and bringing their hair dreams to life.
Her self-care after a long day? A long, hot bath. Period.

My mom has always been my "try it on me first" person...
New skincare? ✔️
New wellness tools? ✔️
Beauty treatments? ✔️
But PMU?
That took six years. 😂
This last week, she finally decided she was ready for nano brows.
These are fresh nano strokes, so they'll soften and heal over the next few weeks, but I already love how they restored shape while keeping everything looking natural.
Thank you, Mom, for trusting me with something you've waited so long to do. ❤️
Sometimes the best transformations aren't about making someone look different...
They're about helping them still look like themselves—just with a little more definition and a little less time spent in front of the mirror.
