Halfway through September, we’ve served around 350 people! We’re still a long way from our goal of 100 a day, but we’re making progress.

One of the biggest wins? Seeing new faces walk through our doors because of our social media efforts!

ROAD TO 100 | MORE THAN WHAT WE SERVE

Today was a reminder of what we’re really building.

A couple of our customers walked through the doors carrying some heavy things. Life struggles. Loss. Situations that simply needed a place to be expressed.

And for a moment, Vibe became that place.

A place to sit.
A place to talk.
A place to be heard.
A place where nobody needed anything from you except for you to simply be you.

We talk a lot about getting to 100 people a day, but if we reach 100 and never make an impact on the people walking through these doors, we missed the point.

Yes, we serve shakes, teas and bowls.

But our mission has always been bigger than what’s in the cup.

We want Vibe to be a place where people feel welcomed, valued and connected. A place where, even on one of life’s harder days, you can walk in and find a little bit of light.

Because sometimes people don’t need you to fix anything.

Sometimes they just need somewhere they can exhale.

That’s the kind of community we’re building.

100 people a day is the goal.

Making those 100 people feel like they matter is the mission.

One thing we’re learning on this journey to 100 people a day:

100 people can’t just be the goal.

The RIGHT 100 people have to be the goal.

When you’re in customer service, the energy you want people to experience has to start with you. You can’t ask your team to create warmth, positivity and connection if you don’t embody it yourself.

And as a business owner, you also learn that not all money is good money.

Every customer won’t be our customer, and that’s okay.

We’re building a community of people who align with what we want Vibe to feel like. People who bring good energy, respect our team, connect with one another and genuinely enjoy being here.

Because we don’t just want transactions.

We want relationships.
We want community.
We want people to walk through the door and feel like they belong.

Anybody can build a house.

It’s the people inside that make it feel like home.

So yes, we’re still on the Road to 100.

But we’re becoming more intentional about WHO those 100 are.

Getting to 100 customers a day isn’t just about getting more people through the door.

It’s also about becoming a better business.

We recently sat down with a mentor who has helped build several successful nutrition clubs and went through our inventory, expenses and some of the areas where we could improve our return on investment.

One opportunity was literally sitting in our trash cans.

CUPS. A lot of them.

Our regulars love their teas, so instead of continuing to go through so many disposable cups, we introduced our Vibe HydroJug refill promotion.

That’s the part of this journey we’re learning to appreciate.

Sometimes growing your business isn’t about adding something new. Sometimes it’s looking at what you’re already doing and figuring out how to do it better.

So we might have to bring some FALL COLORS to Vibe too 👀
