When should you NOT buy a home? If your plan is to sell in a year or so you should probably not buy. Especially if you are a first time home buyer.

One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is helping families make a fresh start in Arizona…especially when they're moving from out of state. Getting to help Sam, Erin, and their family was no exception.
Buying a home from hundreds (or even thousands) of miles away takes a lot of trust. While they were still living out of state, I was able to help with much of the legwork here on the ground, and somewhere along the way we built a great relationship. That's one of the things I love most about this job. It's about so much more than houses.
Let's be honest, moving is stressful enough without adding the weather into the mix. I definitely wouldn't recommend moving to Alaska in the middle of winter or Arizona in the middle of summer! 😅
Thankfully, we found them a beautiful home with an incredible backyard and a pool that should make those Arizona summers a whole lot more enjoyable.
