Today marks my 10 year anniversary with Ridgeway. It’s hard to put into words what this last decade has meant to me.

When I started, I was doing remodel work. From there came rental property management, then house flipping, more listings than I can remember, and eventually the opportunity to step into multifamily development and construction. Looking back, the path wasn’t something I could have mapped out when I started—and I think that’s what makes it so meaningful.

Every stage has stretched me in a different way. I’ve learned how to build things, solve problems, lead people, make difficult decisions, own mistakes, and keep moving when I didn’t have all the answers. There have been plenty of uncomfortable seasons along the way, but those are usually the seasons where the most growth happened.

Ten years later, I’m incredibly grateful for the trust Ridgeway has placed in me and for the opportunities I’ve been given to grow alongside this company. I’m thankful for the people I’ve worked with, the lessons they’ve taught me, and all the experiences—good and difficult—that have helped shape the person and professional I am today.

I definitely don’t have everything figured out, and I hope I never get to the point where I think I do. There’s still a lot to learn, a lot to build, and plenty of room to grow.

Grateful for the last 10 years. Proud of how far we’ve come. And excited to see what the next chapter brings.

A few years ago, my best friend and I embarked on an amazing journey to build our first multifamily project. We faced a lot of trials, ups and downs, and tons of prayers if I’m being honest. Today we received certificate of occupancy on these 94 units in Glendale and couldn’t be happier. we did it man! Excited to have another project finalizing at the end of this year as well. Let’s run it back. Do hard things, it’s worth it.

16 years with my best friend. If you count dating we are almost 20. Love you so much and love what we have created.

I was looking forward to the day when I could take my oldest son Paxton on a Dudes Trip. One that I knew he would really remember. This weekend showed me what is most important in life especially with how quickly he is growing up. These one-on-one moments are everything. We had a blast with our best friends up in Heber playing pickle ball, swimming, and the best Oreo shakes ever thanks to Spending time with my brothers and their families just brought so much joy to the soul.

Happy Mothers Day to the best mom ever! Love watching you build and shape these boys. A true momma bear!😘

Seems like time is flying by so quickly these days and these little boys are stretching into young men. Being a Husband and Father is my greatest joy. These are my most cherished treasures. I’m so thankful for what we have created. ❤️
