‼️HELP SHARE TO FIND MILLIE‼️

This sweet girl was last seen in the morning off Pima Rd and Legacy headed towards the McDonalds near Ironwood Village on 7/28/26. She is microchipped and is wearing a pink collar with a teal leash still attached.

She is sweet but VERY, VERY TIMID and scared, so please DO NOT approach. We do not want her to panic run towards a road. We would love to get our trappers on site ASAP to help secure her.

Please text or call with any sightings ASAP!

This post is shareable, so please spread the word so we can get sightings on her.

Cross posted on NextDoor and Ring Neighbors. Please check your ring cameras for footage as well!

If you see this dog, please DO NOT APPROACH, PURSUE, CALL OUT TO, OR CHASE. Please take a picture, screenshot your pin location on a map, and note the direction she is/was headed.

Thank You!

Abandoned by owner- owner will not drive 18 miles to pick up. Our director even offered to be available to meet at midnight. We are honoring a full 5 day legal stray hold, but then this dog will be placed with a rescue so he can get the medical care that has never been given to him. Keep an eye out for updates!

‼️Owner Search Only‼️

✨ PLEASE SHARE TO HELP! ✨

💔💔💔💔This is a post of a different nature. We are seeking to help raise funds to cover a pretty high vet bill that was incurred by one of our Rescue partners thanks to their help intaking two dogs.💔💔💔

😭A woman was turned away at the shelter when she attempted to surrender two dogs, and she was in a desperate situation. Without hesitation, we loaded the dogs into our vehicle with no plan in place, knowing that we could not leave her in tears in the parking lot with no options. Without hesitation, Ghost Town Dog Rescue stepped in to fill the gap. They knew nothing about their medical condition. They knew nothing about their dental condition. Truth be told, they did not even ask…. They just stepped in to make a difference and help us save these two little dogs.

🐶 While severely matted, one of the dogs required a lot less as far as medical care, but you’ll see from the photos that the second dog, now named Hansel, has been neglected for a very long time.

🤝Not everybody can Foster. Not everybody can work in Rescue, but if we all just give a dollar or even five dollars, we can pull together to help extreme cases like this. 🫶

🙏Please help cover the cost of Hansel’s dental and medical by donating to the link here>>> https://www.ghosttowndogrescue.com/donate-saving-lives-together/

Here is an overdue post and shout out of appreciation for a mercy groom for our sweet girl, Sadie! Sadie had hair growing, where you could not even see her little face anymore, and she needed an overall trim. Skye got her all cleaned up, and wouldn’t she believe she has eyes underneath all of that? Sadie is a 10-year-old Poodle. She is adoptable through .left.behind. She can’t wait to meet you! Thank you for helping this little girl on her journey to her forever home. ❤️

Raise Funds for The CRP Transport Van 07/15/2026

🚐 We Need Your Help to Keep Our Rescue Mission Moving 🐾

For years, The Community Rescue Project has relied on our director's personal vehicle for nearly every large transport—rescued animals, emergency supplies, donated food, kennels, and even our extra-large humane traps used to safely rescue frightened, hard-to-catch dogs.

That vehicle has faithfully served our mission for countless miles, but it's no longer in commission.

The truth is, we've grown. What started as a small rescue has become an organization responding to more calls, covering more miles across Arizona, and helping more animals than ever before. We've reached the point where we need a dedicated rescue van of our own.

We're not looking for anything fancy—just a reliable, well-maintained van that can safely transport animals and equipment wherever they're needed. Having a dedicated rescue vehicle will allow us to respond more quickly, keep animals safer during transport, and continue expanding the lifesaving work our community has made possible.

Every donation, no matter the amount, brings us one step closer to putting a rescue van on the road. If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with your friends and family is another incredible way to help.

Together, we can keep our mission moving—and save even more lives. ❤️🐶🐱
