One year.

It’s hard to put into words what this past year has meant.
Twenty years ago, THE FOUNDRY HOT YOGA & FITNESS began with a simple mission: to create a place where people could become stronger. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too. This year, as the Foundry celebrates 20 years, it’s incredibly special that Foundry Gilbert gets to celebrate our very first.

From the members who believed in us on day one to the new faces walking through our doors each week, you’ve helped create something that feels so much bigger than a studio. You’ve built a community.

To our amazing teachers, our front desk team, our Karma team that keeps this space so welcoming, and every member who chooses to spend part of their day with us-thank you. You are the heartbeat of this studio.

And to Lindsey Garrison , thank you for bringing The Foundry to Gilbert and trusting this community to grow into something so special.
