There are a LOT of parts of running a small business that aren’t nearly as pretty as this photo. 😆

Emails, ordering, scheduling, pricing, paperwork…the list goes on.

But put me in the kitchen with a counter full of beautiful ingredients and an idea in my head? That’s where I come alive.☺️

Creating new recipes is a whole lot of create → taste → tweak → fail → try again until I finally take that bite and think...ohhhh, there it is. 🤌🏼

And then comes the slightly terrifying part. 🫣

Putting something I created out into the world and hoping you love it as much as I do.

Right now I’m testing recipes for my Fall Cookie Drop Box, coming in October, and I am SO excited about this one. 🍂

Three brand-new flavors. All created from scratch. And if these test batches are any indication, you’re going to want this box. 👀 🍪

I can’t wait to show you what I’m working on. 🤎

Another little taste of fall just landed at The Nook! 🍪☕️

I dropped off a fresh batch of Jentastic Sweets cookies yesterday, and this lineup is giving me ALL the cozy fall feelings:

🍫 Triple Chocolate Chunk
🎃 Pumpkin Streusel
🤎 Oatmeal Raisin
🍌 Banana Walnut Crunch

I also brought along some festive decorated cookies designed especially with The Nook’s nostalgic aesthetic in mind—with just the right little touch of pumpkin season. 🎃

And obviously, I couldn’t make a delivery without treating myself. 😂 I grabbed the most AMAZING Caramel Apple coffee, a cake pop from Cake Pops by Ashley, and a kolache from Roll Call to bring home for an afternoon snack with Maddy.

Sooooo good. No regrets. 😂🤌🏼

🎃 Pumpkin Streusel — hello, FALL. Cozy pumpkin flavor topped with that irresistible streusel goodness.

These are officially part of my Fall Collection, and I couldn’t think of a better place for them to be than The Nook. 🍁
