When life moves this fast, it is easy to forget how precious it is simply to be alive. Amidst struggles that roll in like relentless waves, it can feel as though you are constantly fighting just to keep your head above water. In a world obsessed with projected perfection, we so often lose sight of how deeply those around us are hurting.
This month and all the months that follow, remember to slow down in your quiet moments. Come up for air. Ask for help. Love loudly, and acknowledge the immense strength it takes just to stay.
Check in, make your call, and hold onto your hope. 💜🩵

Our third Friday Calls Small Business Box is here! 📚
This past Friday, we had the privilege of showing some love and sharing our Friday Calls story with the incredible team at Bloomfield Public Library the people who help make the library a place to learn, connect, and feel at home.
Our Small Business Boxes are our way of celebrating the people and organizations that make a difference in our community, while also introducing you to small businesses doing meaningful work, especially the ones that don’t always get the recognition and celebration they deserve.
Thank you, Bloomfield Public Library, for all that you do for our community and beyond. We’re so happy to have you as our second Small Business Box recipient.

“It will always be really hard. My mom’s love was too great to not last forever. 🪽✨
As much as I love to show the beautiful parts of my life through a “perfect” lens and curated stories, the pains of life will always remain. Not only for myself, but for everyone carrying a great loss or daily struggle. Being vulnerable and grieving openly is not weakness, it’s a strength.
To feel those feelings in whatever way you know how, and still choose to keep fighting each day.
Life is so incredible, but it’s also extremely hard.
Always sending love to all the motherless daughters out there, and to everyone just trying their very best to make it through the day. 🫶”
You don’t have to rush past what hurts. Give yourself permission to feel it, sit with it, and learn from it. Growth begins when we stop trying to avoid the feelings that are asking to be felt.
