Alchemy is looking for a bartender with 3+ years of craft cocktail experience who knows classic and custom cocktails cold, understands spirits and technique, and can think creatively on their feet.

The formula:
• 3+ years of craft cocktail experience
• Strong command of spirits, technique and flavor
• Creative, confident and curious behind the bar
• Meticulous, organized and clean
• Warm, personable and great with guests
• Reliable, self-directed and calm under pressure
• Committed to excellent service and a strong bar culture
• Weekend availability + 1–2 weekdays

Meet Aperol’s Weird Cousin.

Amontillado sherry, spiced rum, apple c***r and spiced pear, topped with bubbles for a fall spritz with a little more character.

Nutty, spiced and sparkling, with crisp apple and ripe pear woven through the mix.

Not Aperol. Not quite a spritz in the usual sense. But definitely family.

Dirty Fridge Cig combines spiced rum and cold brew with Luxardo cherry, cherry bitters and Diet Coke, finished with vanilla bean cold foam and a candy cigarette.

The fall equinox has passed, and the season has changed its character. Behind the bar, Bella and her team have been at work on a new collection of cocktails, with autumn and its darker holidays as inspiration.

The new menu reads like a little book of spells, with the fiery Lips of a Demon, spice-laced Redrum and citrus-and-herb-driven Necromancy among the new creations.

New ingredients. Old rituals. A little alchemy in every glass.
