Strawberries and blueberries were pretty much neck-and-neck for the top spot, and blackberries and pears were nearly tied right behind them. Figs had a strong showing too, with plenty of interest in mulberries and pawpaws.

So what happens next?

Our goal is to spend the next year preparing the land, getting the high tunnel ready for strawberries, and learning as much as we can about growing fruit organically so we can do it well from the start.

This is definitely not an overnight project, but your feedback is helping us shape what the future U-Pick at Freckled Farm could look like. ❤️🌱

Gracie! She’s almost 15 now, and she is one resilient cat.

She’s spent her life catching more mice than I could ever count, surviving all kinds of weather, and reminding every new animal that comes along exactly who was here first. 😂

She may be an old girl now, but she’s still got that farm-cat grit. ❤️

Well… this happened. 😂🐾

Meet the newest addition to Freckled Farm! She’s cute, nosy, into everything, and already acting like she owns the place.

Apparently we don’t adopt animals around here… they just join the staff.

Well it looks like we have 14 baby chicks but two are really struggling! 😔🙏Sue , it looks like you were the closest without going over but Sheila, great guess!!
