Home comes with usage of a new 2022 Yamaha gas powered 2 seat golf cart.

You will be given a gate-pass for the main entrance, for an additional fee you can get electronic pass which allows you entrance thru other gates.
Rent varies by month and has a $250 monthly cap on electricity /gas usage. Damage deposit of $1000 and $250 cleaning fee. No pets or smoking allowed. Available May 2023 to January 2024.
